EnviroCentre provides energy and water efficiency services for owners and operators of small to medium-sized residential and commercial buildings, including places of worship and small businesses with long-term leases or progressive owners.

Once you provide basic information on your building or business, we will schedule a walk-through, do a billing analysis, and prepare an initial report on how much your utility costs could be reduced, how this could be done, how much it could cost, and about how long it would take to pay for itself.

The initial fee is only $500 (plus HST), which includes one on-site visit and the basic report. It may be all you need to get started, especially if there are obvious problems that we identify. Should the report identify significant, cost-effective investments that require more analysis or testing, we can provide these additional services for a fee of $75 per hour or a flat fee based on the size and complexity of your building as well as your annual utility costs. We can also provide a load profile to help you prepare for the impact of Smart Meters and Time-of-Use rates, which could more than double the price you pay per kWh during the day.
