Future Homes Ottawa Trades Breakfast

EnviroCentre and GOHBA present the Future Homes Ottawa Trade Breakfast, an event to show how energy retrofits can help trades professionals generate more leads for their business. Connect with trades and contractors who operate in the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario region to discuss the new incentives and rebates offered by the HER+ program.

History by Bike: Ottawa’s Transportation System and More

Join Jen Stelzer, board member of the Historical Society of Ottawa, EnviroCentre’s Director of Community Sustainability Programs and history-loving bike nerd as she takes you on a tour of Ottawa by bike. Primarily focused on transportation but with some fun facts thrown in, we hope this tour will give you a new perspective of our city – then and now. Bikes and beyond!

York Street Public School Planting Day

Students at York Street Public School will have a chance to take part in planting the Tiny Forest. Teachers and staff from EnviroCentre and Forêt Capitale Forest will be on site to teach students how to plant the forest safely and successfully. The project is being funded through a private donation from the Josette Robertson and Joan Johnston Family Foundation- Ottawa Community Foundation.
